Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment or technical error resulting in double charge
• Service not delivered as agreed upon in writing
• Cancellation within 24 hours of subscription purchase (where applicable)

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Registration fees and one-time onboarding charges
• Subscription fees after the service period has commenced
• Commission-based earnings or adjustments
• Training materials and digital resources already accessed

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Provide your account details, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request
• Allow up to 7–10 business days for review

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

5. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our grievance officer. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
